Welcome to Callzo.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Callzo's website, applications, and communication services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use Callzo.

1. COMPANY INFORMATION

Callzo is operated by Callzo, a business registered in Gujarat, India ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

Callzo provides international communication routing services using licensed third-party telecommunications providers.

Callzo is not a telecommunications carrier and does not own telecom infrastructure.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You may use the Service only if:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You provide a valid and verifiable mobile phone number.
  • You provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are legally permitted to use communication services in your jurisdiction.

Anonymous registrations are not permitted.

You agree that all information provided is true and accurate.

3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Callzo provides temporary communication routing and international calling services using third-party telecom providers.

Important:

  • Callzo does not guarantee call connectivity, delivery, or quality.
  • Callzo does not guarantee that calls will not be flagged as spam by telecom operators.
  • Callzo does not store call recordings.
  • Call metadata (e.g., duration, timestamp, originating number) may be logged.
  • The Service may change at any time without notice.

4. THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS

Callzo relies on third-party telecommunications and infrastructure providers, including but not limited to Twilio.

You acknowledge:

  • Service availability depends on third-party providers.
  • Suspension by a third-party provider may result in suspension of the Service.
  • Callzo is not responsible for outages, failures, or actions taken by third parties.

5. PROHIBITED USE

You agree NOT to use Callzo for:

  • Fraud or scam activities
  • Impersonation of individuals or organizations
  • Harassment, threats, or abuse
  • Political manipulation or robocalling
  • Bypassing telecom restrictions
  • Circumventing OTP or authentication systems
  • Terrorism or unlawful activity
  • Spam marketing without proper consent
  • Caller ID spoofing for deceptive purposes
  • Violating telecom laws in any jurisdiction
  • Money laundering or financial crime

Callzo is not designed for anonymous or unlawful communication.

Violation may result in immediate termination and reporting to authorities.

6. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

Callzo may, at its sole discretion:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts without notice
  • Freeze unused credits
  • Block phone numbers
  • Deny future access
  • Share information with law enforcement

No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts due to policy violations.

7. USER RESPONSIBILITY

You are solely responsible for:

  • All calls placed through your account
  • Compliance with laws in both originating and receiving countries
  • Obtaining consent where required
  • Ensuring lawful international communication

Callzo does not monitor calls in real time but may use automated systems to detect abuse.

8. INTERNATIONAL USE

Callzo enables international calling.

You agree that:

  • Telecom laws vary by country.
  • You are responsible for compliance with local regulations.
  • Some jurisdictions may prohibit certain call types.
  • Callzo may restrict calling to certain countries at any time.

9. SUPPORTED COUNTRIES

Callzo currently supports outgoing calls to the following countries:

Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Denmark, Egypt, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea Republic of, Kuwait, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, and Vietnam.

Total: 42 countries supported

This list is subject to change at any time without prior notice. Callzo reserves the right to add or remove countries based on regulatory requirements, service availability, or business decisions.

10. NO CALL RECORDINGS

Callzo does not store call audio recordings.

However, the following may be stored:

  • Call timestamps
  • Duration
  • Originating number
  • Destination number
  • IP address
  • Account activity logs

This information may be retained for compliance and fraud prevention purposes.

11. PAYMENT & REFUNDS

Callzo operates on a prepaid credit basis.

  • Credits are non-refundable once used.
  • Completed calls are non-refundable.
  • Fraudulent payments will result in permanent suspension.
  • Chargebacks may result in account termination.
  • Unused credits may expire if required by law or policy.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Callzo shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Lost profits or business losses
  • Regulatory fines imposed on users
  • Emotional distress
  • Telecom penalties
  • Call blocking by carriers

Maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the preceding 30 days.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Callzo, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, fines, penalties, or legal actions arising from:

  • Your misuse of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of applicable laws

14. COMPLIANCE & LAW ENFORCEMENT

Callzo may:

  • Monitor usage patterns
  • Investigate suspicious activity
  • Cooperate with lawful government requests
  • Disclose user data under legal compulsion

Callzo reserves the right to comply with Indian IT laws, telecom regulations, and international compliance obligations.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All branding, software, and content remain the exclusive property of Callzo.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the Service.

16. NO WARRANTY

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

Callzo makes no warranties regarding:

  • Continuous availability
  • Call quality
  • Uninterrupted service
  • Freedom from spam classification

17. FORCE MAJEURE

Callzo shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Telecom shutdowns
  • Regulatory action
  • Cyberattacks

18. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Courts located in Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

19. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably.

If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in Gujarat, India under applicable arbitration laws.

20. MODIFICATIONS

Callzo may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
