TRACEABILITY & LAW ENFORCEMENT:

Callzo retains comprehensive user data and will:

  • Cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies
  • Provide all logged data to authorities upon lawful request
  • Report violations to relevant regulatory bodies
  • Assist in prosecuting illegal activities to the fullest extent of the law

Accounts flagged for suspicious activity will be immediately suspended and investigated. Confirmed violations will result in permanent termination and reporting to authorities.

Callzo is NOT liable for any illegal activities conducted by users. Users are solely responsible for their actions and will be held accountable.

13. NO ANONYMITY GUARANTEE & USER TRACEABILITY

Callzo is NOT designed to provide anonymous communication. All users are traceable.

We actively log and retain:

  • IP addresses and geolocation data
  • Email addresses and account credentials
  • Device fingerprints and browser information
  • Call metadata and usage patterns
  • Payment information and billing details

This information WILL be disclosed to law enforcement authorities upon lawful request to assist in prosecuting illegal activities.

By using Callzo, you acknowledge and agree that your activity is logged and that you are not anonymous. You can be traced and held accountable for your actions.
